    Looks like a trial flight for a promotional event - which corporate has that colour of green (the one on the tanks) - it looks like the Rocketbelt from Jetpack International - there are only three flying rocketbelts in the world and they are all slightly different.

    We saw this guy from the other side of the domain...it was very cool. We went for a closer look but why did they disappear so quickly?
