Actually, There were times when silk pantyhose were Men Fasion! Not just royalty, but seamen and police officers and many others HAD to wear them. It was like 17xx somethings come and go, and nail polish is good for men again, why not PH! Who rules the world? Men (let's suppose)! Why Men, who dictate fasion for ladies, can't wear PH, is illogical.
