I never tried freshlight dye before but from what I know it does contain bleach and meant for very dark hair but it is safe =)actually if you are going back to japan I would recommend you'd try palty hair dye, it's so amazing and has an amazing color collection I'm actually gonna use milktea brown soon =)also try looking up ageha magazine it's very inspirational and stylish in shibuya ;3

you can stretch your shoes by putting water in a bag and stuffing the bag into the shoes and put them in the freezer. When the bag freezes, the water inside will expand and stretch your shoes for you.
