ReplyDeleteoh my gosh thank you kassandra , i was going to ask you about a good tip to keep the body slim especially the belly and baby handles , am going nuts i dont eat alot but i gained 2 kilos and now am 58 kilograms. I am really pissed off i wanna be 55

ReplyDeleteI'd soo agree about the Mcdonalds thing. I work there and the only chicken that isn't deep fried is the grilled chicken. Another thing I find rediculous is when people order a salad to be healthy but then they want crispy (fried) chicken, get a medium soda, and then ask for TWO packets of dressing! When your eating salads you have to remember dressing in moderation or salads can be just as bad as Big Macs. Opt for a lemonade, water, power aid, hi-c, or apple juice instead of the soda.
