Tony Cenicola/The New York TimesJanuary 1964.Seeing that T is still in the grip of Anglomania (note the issue that came out this past Sunday), we were happy to learn that High Valley Books over in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has a new cache of vintage British Vogues. For fans of the current British Vogue, a savvy magazine that doesn't take itself too seriously, the earlier issues come as a shock. First, because typography and graphic design are light years from where they were 50 years ago.
