The steel-grey and cloud-white cobwebbed knits are draped on a trio of
mannequins in the windows of the boutique Colette. Mixed with patinated
leather jackets and boots, the pieces create a stir: crowds of fashion folk
were snapping away on their BlackBerrys when I was in Paris for the shows
last week. The pieces are by Rodarte and the designers behind the label,
